No Spam Policy   We strictly apply the no spam rules to protect the interest of all business partners. Spamming is the abuse of electronic messaging – sending out large quantities of unwanted email   We have an Anti-Spam Policy that requires all Business Partners to adhere to especially in light of current laws, rules and regulations governing the transmission of e-mail and the best practices in the industry.   1. No one is allowed to input false contact information 2. No one is allowed to send emails without complying with the general email regulations 3. The email must be addressed to the name of a company, a website or a person 4. The email must contain your contact information.  Our system includes your contact information in all emails sent to your customers. 5. The email must have the unsubscribe method.  Our system will include this on all emails sent out to your customers. 6. Our system will hold a maximum 500 contacts in each business partner’s contact list in order to maintain the high quality of your list.  This will also avoid business partners flooding the system with useless contact information. Your success is dependent on the quality of your contacts. 7. The system will send a maximum 200 emails per day for you to avoid violating the spamming of the mail server. 8. If you send email from other channels, please make sure you use the legitimate mailing list.  Otherwise, numerous complaints may lead to your website being suspended or closed.   Your Website will be suspended or shut down due to the following reasons: 1. There are numerous organizations monitoring the internet users to control the spamming in the internet 2. All of our servers are hosted in the data centre that provides network connections worldwide. 3. If we receive complains from the data centre and the monitoring organization you are spamming your in the internet, your website will be suspended.  You need to displute within 60 days before the website is closed  permenantly. 4. You may dispute within 60 days to show that you are not spamming.  You need to dispute with the monitoring organizations that we will provide you details to clear your website from the spam site file.  If the complains come from our data centre, we will forward your correspondences to them to dispute your website from the spam website file.
